Installation – Each of our technicians is certified for every piece of equipment they install, and has a minimum of 5 years experience in office equipment repair, maintenance, and customer service. Plus, our digital solutions sales support team provides expert custom training, above and beyond pressing the ON button.
Service - We pride ourselves on extraordinary customer service. We provide regular proactive maintenance to minimize any downtime. Our technicians are specialists for the all the machines we install: Canon, Toshiba, Copystar Sharp and Ricoh. But in the unlikely event your machine can't be repaired on the spot, we'll provide a free loaner right away. Our remote diagnostic center can catch concerns before they arise, and alert you to any needed printer/copier supplies, parts or upgrades.

Gustavo Hermida
brings to Restored Digital Solutions over 25 years of experience in the digital printing industry. His career began in NYC as a Sales Manager for Ricoh Corporation, and continued in different management positions including VP of sales at Nur Macro (now HP) and leading office equipment distributors in South Florida.

Meet Mike Martin
Mike Martin started in the industry as a service technician in 1982, and worked his way to technical field trainer on may of the original models of equipment we see today. Mike shares RDS's vision of rising the standards of customer care in the copy machine business.
